The New Brunswick Health Council team is transitioning back to the office and we are excited! We have put in place an operational plan that follows Public Health guidelines and we are adapting to our new norm. Many of you have reached out with questions regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. We have put together a list of links that will help you in your quest of getting reliable information.

If you think you have symptoms:

1. Take a self-assessment to find out if you should be tested for COVID-19.
2.  If you have symptoms of COVID-19, stay home and call 811 or your healthcare provider. They will tell you what to do next.
Tele-Care is a free, confidential, health advice and information line. Dial 811 for access to bilingual, registered nurses, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In an emergency, call 911 or visit the local emergency department.
If you are having difficulty breathing or experience severe symptoms, call 911 immediately.
