Calculations

This indicator is based on respondents who were admitted through the emergency department. This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "completely" by the number of respondents who answered "not at all, partly, quite a bit or completely" to the question: When you were in the emergency department, did you get enough information about your condition and treatment?
