The NBHC conducts the Home Care Survey to evaluate the quality of home care from the perspective of New Brunswick patients who receive these services. This survey evaluates home care services whose costs are being entirely or partially covered by public funds.
|Purpose||To inform citizens on the quality of home care service provided to New Brunswick patients, as well as to help decision makers and planners improve how they manage home care services and provide them with the needed benchmarks to flag gaps and highlight accomplishments.|
|Eligibility||Patients who receive Extra-Mural Program services or home support services that are entirely or partially covered by public funds.|
|Respondents||Over 6,000 respondents each cycle|
