This indicator is based on respondents who have seen a specialist . This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "yes" by the number of respondents who answered "no or yes" to the question: In the last 12 months, have you seen a specialist for the first time? This does not include seeing a specialist during a hospital stay or a visit to an emergency department
