Calculations
This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "very Satisfied" by the number of respondents who answered "very dissatisfied, somewhat dissatisfied, neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, somewhat satisfied or very Satisfied" to the question: How satisfied are you with the number of times you got Extra-Mural services in the last 2 months?
Notes
The 2021 edition of the Home Care Survey was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic. While the pandemic did not influence the survey’s response rate, users are advised to use the survey data with caution, especially when creating estimates for small sub-populations or when comparing it to other editions of the survey.
