Citizens with one (1) or more chronic health conditions (among a list of 12 conditions) who are very confident in managing their health condition
Citizens who felt they needed to see or talk to a health professional about their mental or emotional health, or about the use of alcohol or drugs in the last 12 months and but did not because of reasons other than those listed in the questionnaire
Citizens who felt they needed to see or talk to a health professional about their mental or emotional health, or about the use of alcohol or drugs in the last 12 months but did not because they thought that the problem would go away on its own
Citizens who reported that their primary care provider always spent enough time with them in the last 12 months
Citizens who reported that they had difficulty accessing high-speed internet for virtual care consultations in the last 12 months
Citizens who reported experiencing difficulties accessing a computer, tablet or smartphone for virtual care consultations, (for example not owning one, or don’t know how to use it) in the last 12 months
