Notes
The percentage is calculated based on the 30-month period from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023, using data from the breast cancer screening database, as retrieved September 2024. The measurement timeframe is defined as the duration of the 24-month screening cycle plus a 6-months grace period.
The estimate of the number of women (aged 50-74) was obtained from Statistics Canada Population Estimates released on April 22, 2024.
