The purpose of the New Brunswick Student Wellness Survey (NBSWS) is to examine students' perceptions, attitudes and behaviours in a number of key areas related to student well-being. It is a provincial initiative of the New Brunswick Department of Social Development - Wellness Branch in cooperation with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. Data collection and analysis is carried out by the NBHC. A summary of key indicators, including comparisons with the 2015-2016 edition of the survey, is appended to the end of some reports.
Please note : On the "RESULTS AT A GLANCE" page, the indicator "Youth having more than two hours per day of recreational screen time" should have been categorized as a Risk Factor, not as an Individual Protective Factor.
