AHS completed its sixth launch of Connect Care, an initiative that enables all health records from AHS, its subsidiaries and partners, to be accessed through one system. It also provides clinicians with common decision-making support. Launch six involves sites and programs in all five AHS zones. Those who visit a site where Connect Care is in place can sign up to the MyAHS Connect online patient portal, where they can see their health information, test results and medications, manage appointments and communicate with their healthcare team. There will be nine Connect Care launches and final implementation is expected in 2024.
