The Australian government launched a digital mental health website, HeadtoHealth.gov.au, to help link people with immediate mental health support and resources. The site provides access to:
- Australian mental health services and resources;
- Digital resources (websites; free or low-cost apps and programs; online forums; phone, chat and email contacts);
- "Sam the Chatbot", a digital tool to help point website visitors in the right direction;
- A list of phone and webchat contacts visitors can use to get immediate support;
- Advice on how to support someone else; and
- Information sections on meaningful life, mental health difficulties, supporting yourself, and supporting someone else.
