The digital diabetes management clinic offers on-demand access to real-time continuous glucose monitoring. The program offered by Toronto-based Mednow includes access to diabetes educators and clinical pharmacists for ongoing health coaching, personalization of treatment and home delivery of any diabetes-related medications and supplies. For those without access to a physician, the online clinic connects them with a clinician in Canada who can offer medical advice, diagnose and prescribe, online or on the phone. The Virtual Diabetes Management program will initially be available in B.C. and Ont.
