The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto says the non-profit organization HIMSS designated the hospital's analytics model at level 6, the second-highest grade possible. CAMH says the award is a reflection of its commitment to using data to drive service delivery. An example includes a data-enhanced dashboard and bed projection platform to improve inpatient capacity and flow. As well, CAMH expanded its bridging clinic service for lower-acuity patients after data analysis, which reduced wait times and ER visits.
