The health network’s looking to engage its staff, physicians and New Brunswickers in recruiting healthcare workers. The Horizon Referral Reward focuses on the recruitment of RNs and $1,000 will be available for successfully referring a Registered Nurse Class A. For a limited time, if an RN is successfully referred to work in one of the health network’s CCUs or EDs, the reward will be doubled to $2,000. Recruitment efforts are also under way at Vitalité Health Network as representatives are taking part in an overseas recruitment mission. The health network is also about to launch a campaign with testimonials and advertisements in traditional media and social media.
