The clinic, which offers support to people who have problematic substance use, severe and persistent mental illness, homeless or living in poverty and who don’t have a primary care provider, is in need of a new working space since their lease ran out at the Peace Centre on Church St. The organization wants a space in downtown Moncton. The Salvus Clinic has a team of NPs, RNs and social workers. It also has a mobile clinic which makes the rounds to homeless shelters, encampments and other places where people need help. Salvus also has five buildings with 25 housing units and peer support systems, in partnership with the United Way.
