NBHC launches third edition of home care services survey

The survey will look into how the public accesses and navigates services and if home care services meet the needs of clients and their families. The survey will also assess provider and client communication, safety, equity based on preferred language of service and overall satisfaction with services. The survey results will be made public in the spring of 2019.
