Aimed at physicians, nurses and paramedics, the Come Home 2022 initiative is aimed at individuals from N.L. lived outside the province for at least six months. Once criteria to qualify for the program is met, applicants can qualify for one of the following incentives:

  • Physician - $100,000 for five year return-in-service agreement;
  • Nurse Practitioner - $60,000 for three year return-in-service agreement;
  • RN - $50,000 for three year return-in-service agreement;
  • LPN - $50,000 for three year return-in-service agreement;
  • Advanced Care Paramedic - $50,000 for three year return-in-service agreement; or
  • Primary Care Paramedic - $50,000 for three year return-in-service agreement.

While the initiative’s aimed at ex-patriate Newfoundlanders and Labradorians, incentives are also available for non-N.L. residents.
