The Occupational Health Clinics for Ontario Workers and the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety developed StressAssess, an online survey tool to identify psychosocial hazards that can lead to stress and mental injury. There are separate personal and workplace editions of the survey, which gather data about work conditions and potential pitfalls and then offers a summary report based on that information. Along with comparisons against validated national averages, it includes practical ideas for action to help workplaces address identified concerns.
