Patient Voices Network's patient engagement learning series focuses on equity, patients and family members

The series is a one-stop shop for education and resources to develop authentic patient engagement skills in healthcare within the context of B.C. The webinars include a Q&A and insights from healthcare and patient partners actively engaging patient partners. The topics for the four-part learning series include:

1. A Foundation of Patient Engagement - Improving Healthcare Through Partnerships, to describe the elements of creating meaningful partnerships between healthcare teams and patient partners to improve services;
2. Culturally Safe Patient Engagement - What Matters to Indigenous Patient Partners;
3. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Patient Engagement; and
4. Measuring the Success and Impact of Patient Engagement – Evaluation and Closing the Loop.
