Developed by a clinical psychologist in P.E.I., INSIGHT is a day-long mental health program for youths aged 13 to 18 with mood disorders, anxiety disorders and psychosis. Participants engage in group work, individual counseling and schooling. As well, they learn about strategies such as following medication instructions, proper sleep hygiene and good nutrition, as well as recognizing the signs of stresses or problems that lead to crises.
