The P.E.I. government says Islanders could have access to their medical records online by the end of this year or early in 2025. The system allows physicians to share information like prescription records and patient history, plus sends out automated appointment reminders and pre-visit questionnaires. The patient portal will allow Islanders to access their pharmacy prescription information and health records, physiotherapy appointments and referrals to specialists.
