The Family First Maternal Wellness Centre in Regina is the first of its kind in Canada to support mothers through their first year after pregnancy with all services under one roof. It offers expectant and new mothers evidence-based physical and mental wellness care and support that includes screening for postpartum mood disorders and identifying resources needed by the client and unlimited access to its lounge. It's owned by a certified labour doula and also offers postpartum counselling, peer support and a naturopath for post-birth nutrition planning.
