A global report from GfK suggests 68% of Canadians value spending time with family, friends or pets most highly in maintaining their physical health. Other health-related activities cited by Canadians included:

  • Eating healthy nutritious foods (65%);
  • Getting enough sleep (63%); and
  • Exercising (59%).
