UCalgary was one of five Canadian pilot sites for The Working Mind program in 2013. Since then, the program trained more than 25,000 people across Canada. It’s now integrated into the university’s suite of training and development programs offered through Human Resources. Over 500 university employees participated in the workshop over the last 18 months. The workshops offered at all five University of Calgary campuses and are available by request. The university’s also providing workshops on Building Personal Resilience or Mindfulness, with a variety of topics offered through the Lunch and Learn Series.
