This document is the report of an evaluation by the NBHC to assess the delivery of services for patients with diabetes in New Brunswick.
The Population Health Snapshot presents key indicators on the health status, determinants of health, demographics, chronic health conditions and hospital admissions of all seven New Brunswick health zones. This year also includes an analysis on the four priorities that the NBHC identified in its recommendations to the Minister of Health in 2011: lowering high blood pressure rates, achieving healthy weights, improving mental health and preventing injuries.
The Health System Report Card measures the quality of health services delivered in New Brunswick, by sector of care and by dimension of quality. The 2013 edition was the fourth edition of the report card.
The Hospital Patient Care Experience report presents the results from NBHC's Acute Care Survey, including comparisons between 2013 and 2010 survey results.
This report presents the outcomes of a series of nine dialogue sessions, entitled "Living Healthy, Aging Well", organized by the NBHC in collaboration with the Department of Healthy and Inclusive Communities.
