Michel (Mike) Doiron brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to the NBHC. With over 30 years of experience in the justice sector as a Sheriff/Deputy Sheriff-Coroner, Mr. Doiron worked to ensure court security, and served as the coroner for the Restigouche County for 22 years. He managed a number of related administrative activities including budgets and human resources.
Mr. Doiron has also served his home community as a volunteer at a local hospital, president of the Friends of Healthcare radiothon for the Restigouche zone of Vitalité Health Network, and as president of the zone’s fundraising efforts for the “l’Étoile du Nord” campaign. In addition to his community service in healthcare, he has been a radio announcer and a community television host.
