Peggy Doyle has a long history of public service in the Miramichi region, including prior roles as chair of a school board and a hospital corporation. During her work with the School District she also chaired the District Personnel Committee and served on the Provincial Education Council. A regional member to the New Brunswick Health Care Association from 1999-2001, Ms. Doyle also served on the Personnel and Finance committees for the regional hospital board.
In addition to her board service, Ms. Doyle has served the citizens of Miramichi in a variety of roles with the municipality, most recently as Executive Assistant to the Mayor and Manager. Her experience supporting the delivery of education, health and municipal services has developed many skills to share with the NBHC.
