This indicator is based on respondents who have an admission through ER. This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "completely" by the number of respondents who answered "not at all, partly, quite a bit or completely" to the question: Were you given enough information about what was going to happen during your admission to the hospital?
