Source

New Brunswick Health Council, Hospital Acute Care Survey

Calculations

This indicator is based on respondents who have gone directly to their home or to someone else's home after their hospital stay. This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "yes" by the number of respondents who answered "yes or no" to the question: During this hospital stay, did doctors, nurses or other hospital staff talk with you about whether you would have the help you needed when you left the hospital?
