This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "completely" by the number of respondents who answered "not at all, partly, quite a bit or completely" to the question: Before you left the hospital, did you have a clear understanding about all of your prescribed medications, including those you were taking before your hospital stay?
