Source

New Brunswick Health Council, Hospital Acute Care Survey

Calculations

This indicator is based on respondents who prefer to receive services in French. This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "always" by the number of respondents who answered "never, sometimes, usually or always" to the question: How often did you receive the service you needed in the official language (English or French) of your choice?
