Calculations

This indicator is based on respondents who have a family doctor or a nurse practitioner and who consulted with them in the last 12 months. This indicator is based on respondents who have a family doctor or a nurse practitioner and who consulted with them in the last 12 months. This indicator combines the responses from the 3 following questions: Q1. "Thinking of the last time you consulted with your family doctor or nurse practitioner, either in-person or virtually, which language was used during this consultation?", Q2. "Is English the language you prefer for consultations with your family doctor or nurse practitioner?", and Q3. "Is French the language you prefer for consultations with your family doctor or nurse practitioner?". This indicator is based on respondents who answered "English" to Q2 among those who answered "English" to Q1, and respondents who answered "French" to Q3 among those who answered "French" to Q1.
