Calculations

This indicator is based on respondents who do not have a family doctor or a nurse practitioner and needed medical care in the last 12 months and visited a hospital emergency department. This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "yes, completely" by the number of respondents who answered "no, yes, partially or yes, completely" to the question: Did the services you received at the hospital emergency department meet your needs?
