Calculations

This indicator is based on respondents who do not have a family doctor or a nurse practitioner and needed medical care in the last 12 months and visited an after-hours clinic or walk-in clinic. This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "yes, completely" by the number of respondents who answered "no, yes, partially or yes, completely" to the question: Did the services you received at the after-hours clinic or walk-in clinic meet your needs?
