Calculations

This indicator is based on respondents who have a family doctor or a nurse practitioner and who consulted with them in the last 12 months and last time was not in an emergency department. This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "a regular check-up that was scheduled in advance" by the number of respondents who answered "prescription renewal, a regular check-up that was scheduled in advance or a health concern or problem that needed medical care" to the question: Thinking of the last time you consulted with your family doctor or your nurse practitioner, either in-person or virtually, was this for: A regular check-up that was scheduled in advance
