Calculations

This indicator is based on respondents who had a virtual care consultation in the last 12 months. This indicator is calculated by dividing the number of respondents who answered "agree or strongly agree" by the number of respondents who answered "strongly disagree, disagree, neither agree nor disagree, agree or strongly agree" to the question: Thinking of the last time you had a virtual consultation, please tell us how much you agree or disagree with the following statements: I was able to communicate my health concerns or problems virtually as well as I would have in-person.
