Primary care in New Brunswick is evolving rapidly. To keep pace with these changes, the NBHC is conducting a focused Primary Care Survey to collect data on key measures more frequently, allowing us to provide more timely information on access to primary care.
The 2026 Primary Care Focused Survey will inform on two key measures:
🩺 Whether New Brunswickers have a permanent primary care provider.
📅 Whether they can access their permanent provider in a timely manner.
The data collection period for this survey is from August 2026 to October 2026. Results will be available at the provincial and zone level.
