2025-2026 Student Wellness and Education Survey

The New Brunswick Student Wellness and Education Survey is conducted in all public schools across the province. It aims to evaluate several aspects of students’ wellness, including their social and emotional development, physical health, substance use, and experiences at school and in the community.

Each cycle, over 50,000 students in grades 4 to 12 complete the survey. A survey is also sent to parents and guardians of students in grades K-5.

The 2025-2026 edition of the New Brunswick Student Wellness and Education Survey was distributed across all public schools in November 2025.

Over 60,000 participants, including parents/guardians of students in grades K-5, students in grades 4-5, and students in grades 6-12, contributed to the success of this edition.

Key observations will be published in the fall of 2026.
